Oregon Official Dressed as Clown Provides Updates on COVID-19 Cases and Deaths

An official from the Oregon Public Health Division provided updates on cases of and deaths related to COVID-19 while dressed as a clown in a clip that aimed to hilghlight how people could celebrate Halloween safely during amid the pandemic.

The footage was posted on October 14 and featured Claire Poche of the Oregon Health Authority providing the update. Dressed as a clown, Poche said that, as of that date, there had been 38,160 confirmed cases of COVID-19, with 390 new cases reported that day. She also reported three deaths for the day.
