The Original Cast of ‘Hamilton’ Is Virtually Reuniting This Weekend—& They’re Spilling Behind-the-Scenes Secrets

The original Broadway cast of Hamilton is coming together to support a super-special cause.

The stars are preparing to virtually reunite in honor of HAM4CHANGE, which will take place on August 15 at 7 p.m. ET/4 p.m. PT on the Looped App. The two-hour livestream will benefit several organizations that are dedicated to combating systemic racism, including African American Policy Forum, Know Your Rights Camp and Black AIDS Institute. Rise up!

Several O.G. Hamilton cast members will join the video chat, including Lin-Manuel Miranda (Alexander Hamilton), Leslie Odom Jr. (Aaron Burr), Daveed Diggs (Thomas Jefferson), Anthony Ramos (Phillip Hamilton, John Laurens), Okieriete Onaodowan (Hercules Mulligan, James Madison), Jasmine Cephas Jones (Maria Reynolds, Peggy Schuyler) and Renee Elise Goldsberry (Angelica Schuyler).

Hosted by Andrew Chappelle, the event will double as a cast reunion, featuring interactive games, behind-the-scenes secrets and never-before-seen content. Fans can also purchase virtual meet-and-greets, in addition to an ultimate fan VIP experience. This includes a specialized one-on-one call slash rapping competition with Miranda.

Other digital experiences include a virtual dance class and freestyle lesson. (For more information, visit the official HAM4CHANGE website.)

We’re not throwing away our shot.
