Jurassic Park’s Laura Dern, Jeff Goldblum and Sam Neill are reunited in a trailer for the eagerly anticipated new film in the franchise.

The trio shared the screen as Ellie Sattler, Ian Malcolm and Alan Grant in the original 1993 film.

And they have reprised their roles in the upcoming Jurassic World Dominion.

It takes place four years after Isla Nublar has been destroyed, with dinosaurs now living — and hunting — alongside humans all over the world.

The trailer shows Dern's Ellie Sattler in a tent as Neill's Alan Grant walks in and surprised her.

"You didn’t come out all this way just to catch up did you?" he asks, before shooting his old flame a meaningful stare.

During the action sequences, dinosaurs are seen roaming in the countryside after being set loose in the previous film, but they are also causing havoc in the cities.

At one point, one attacks a plane in the air.

Goldblum's Dr Malcolm is heard warning: "We not only lack dominion over nature, we’re subordinate to it."

As the almost three minute long clip draws to a close, the group are seen standing as still as possible as a tyrannosaurus rex looms above them.

"Don't move," whisper Neill and Pratt's characters.

"Bigger, why do they always have to go bigger?" moans Malcolm.

Fans were quick to give the trailer the thumbs up.

One tweeted: "Gorgeous. Nostalgic. And a lot of CRAZINESS."

"This is perfect, I love Jurassic World and including the OG cast in the final one was the best way to cap it all off," said another.

One posted: "Not sure how to spell the noise I made watching this, and there aren't any emojis big enough!!!"

Jurassic Park was a huge hit when it was released in 1993 and spawned two follow ups, 1997’s The Lost World: Jurassic Park and 2001’s Jurassic Park III.

The franchise was rebooted in 2015 with Jurassic World, which featured Pratt and Howard.
