Oti Mabuse to dance on TV for first time since quitting 'Strictly' in 'Dancing On Ice' performance with Torvill and Dean
Oti Mabuse will dance on TV for the first time since quitting Strictly Come Dancing this weekend in a special Dancing On Ice performance with Jayne Torvill and Christopher Dean.
The unique performance on Sunday will see the three ITV show judges fuse ice and dance as Torvill and Dean choreograph a routine for the skating professionals, Mabuse and a troupe of dancers.

It has been adapted from Mabuse's stage show I Am Here, with the former BBC One Strictly pro who joined ITV rival Dancing On Ice as a judge this series admitting she was thrilled to be dancing again.
She announced earlier this week that she would not be returning to Strictly Come Dancing and says that her stage show will mark the end of her career as a dancer.
Mabuse said: "It's so great to be dancing again and I can't wait for everyone to see what we’ve been working on for my I Am Here UK tour when we debut the show on Dancing On Ice this Sunday! Someone pinch me!
"Dance will always be my first love and this tour will be the end of the most amazing chapter of my life! My way to say thank you to everyone that has supported me on this journey.

"I’m so honoured that the legendary Jayne Torvill and Christopher Dean have choreographed the talented pro skaters for this special performance. It’s literally a dream come true. Thank you also to my tour cast - ladies - you are the best, and to my creative director James Bennett and my wonderful team."
Torvill added: “We always love to experiment with new ideas and it was so much fun working alongside Oti on this brand new routine. It really does show how much dance and ice skating can work in unison together, we really hope the viewers enjoy watching it as much as we enjoyed working on it together.”
Dean said: "This is an exciting performance which showcases dance and skating perfectly. We have loved working with Oti and the collaboration was hugely exciting for us all."

Mabuse has starred in BBC One show Strictly for seven series and is the only pro to have won the contest two years in a row - in 2019 with Kelvin Fletcher and in 2020 with Bill Bailey.
She joined ITV this year to take up a spot on the judging panel of Dancing On Ice and has previously judged BBC's The Greatest Dancer.
Dancing On Ice continues on Sunday at 6.30pm on ITV.
