'Ow!' Doorbell Camera Shows Atlanta Man's Quick Recovery After Slipping Down Wet Stairs

Some days it just doesn’t pay to leave the house. Take, for example, June 30, when Atlanta, Georgia, resident John Scheafbauer fell victim to his rainy front porch stairs seconds after stepping out of his home.

Scheafbauer’s home security camera recorded the incident, which he handled with aplomb.

The footage shows Scheafbauer as he is leaving his home, umbrella in hand. Moments later, his arms are outstretched, and he is sliding down the stairs on his back.
