Owner Holds Umbrella Over Arkansas Puppy on Rainy Day Bathroom Break

Determined to housebreak his fair-weather puppy, Arkansas resident Brannon Kotch took some extreme measures to ensure that miniature dachshund Hans went outside to do his business on November 28.

In a video uploaded to TikTok, Kotch follows the pup around his Maumelle, Arkansas, yard holding a large umbrella over him.
