THE Oxford & District league will return for the first time since 2019 this year.

Following a successful AGM, organisers have confirmed the competition will run a full season in 2022.

The league is set to start on Wednesday, April 27, with finals night at Cowley Workers Club on Friday, October 14.

Abingdon-based Stuart & Sons Building Services is the main sponsor.

The 2020 season was cancelled due to the coronavirus pandemic – the first time it had not been held since 1942.

Last year’s campaign was shelved because of the delayed lifting of lockdown restrictions.

Entrance forms can be downloaded from the website or by emailing andybeal@oxfordauntsally.co.uk.
