Ozzy Osbourne’s latest meltdown was caused by his friend Lemmy dying, it’s been claimed.
The Black Sabbath rocker was kicked out by wife Sharon for allegedly having an affair with hair stylist Michelle Pugh.
But the problems began when Osbourne’s drinking buddy passed away late last year, the Daily Star reports.
The reformed hell-raiser, 67, above with Sharon, began questioning his mortality in the face of his death.
Last week emotional Osbourne said about Lemmy, below: “We all don’t know when our time is up.
“I was with Lemmy shortly before he died. He had told me, ‘Ozzy, I’ve lived my life exactly as I wanted it. Maybe I could have lived a little longer if I hadn’t done all the wild things, but I’ve enjoyed my life.”
Before Osbourne got sober, he and Sharon, 63, were said to be on the edge of divorce for decades.
They almost split in 2014, but Osbourne finally agreed to tackle his booze and drug demons.
Black Sabbath are currently having a month off from their farewell tour.
But Osbourne’s bandmates are concerned what condition the singer will be in when they meet again in Budapest on June 1.
An insider told the Daily Star: “Sharon basically manages Ozzy and organises his entire life getting him from A to B.
“It’s been her job for decades – without her nobody knows how Ozzy will manage.”
