Paddy McGuinness tackles final leg of mammoth cycling challenge for BBC Children in Need
Paddy McGuinness is tackling the final leg of a huge ultra endurance cycle challenge for BBC Children in Need.
The BBC Radio 2 presenter started off in Wrexham on Monday (November 11) and travelled through Flintshire, Cheshire, Merseyside, Lancashire, including stops in Lytham, Preston and Blackpool. He's then cycled onto Westmorland, Cumberland, Dumfriesshire and Lanarkshire and will finish the mammoth journey today (Friday, November 15) in Glasgow.
Paddy isn't just using any old bike though, the former Top Gear and Take Me Out presenter has been completing the route on a modified Raleigh Chopper bike - just like the one he always wanted as a child. BBC Radio 2 presenter Zoe Ball spoke to Paddy this morning as he was about to embark on the final stretch of the mammoth challenge.

Chatting on the radio at 6.45am, Paddy said: "As usual at this time of the morning, everything is sore, everything is aching but again I've just rocked up here where I'm going to set off, it's dark, it's a little bit drizzly, and people are already here to wish me well so you can't be in a positive mind about that.
"I came into Strathaven last night, it took me back to the 80s when Liverpool used to do an open top bus parade when they won the FA Cup, it's like that.
"Honestly, it was unbelievable, it was mind-blowing. I try and go round and high five everyone. They're like - you've done it, we're all behind you. It just pushes you for that last little bit."
Talking about his emotions, Paddy added: "I don't know how I will feel, how I will react. I know one thing - I've done some crying this last few days - flipping heck Zoe! I've been crying my eyes out!"
So far, Paddy has managed to raise £6,577,494 for the charity after completing almost 300 miles across five days. All of this will be in the name of BBC Children in Need, a charity helping children across the UK who live with mental health conditions, in poverty and have a lack of opportunity.
The appeal show will air tonight, hosted by Rochelle Humes, Ade Adepitan MBE, Mel Giedroyc, Chris Ramsay and Lenny Rush and will be live on BBC One from 7pm.
You can donate to Paddy's effort via the BBC's fundraising page. The TV documentary of Paddy's adventure, Paddy: The Ride Of My Life, will air on BBC One on Tuesday, November 18 at 8pm.
