Pancake Ice Bobs in Lake Michigan as Arctic Blast Freezes Chicago

Ice slabs floated across the surface of Lake Michigan as an “arctic blast” brought snow and blustery winds with sub-zero wind chills to Chicago, Illinois, on February 5, local media reported.
