Parents say their kids are the reason for their poor sleep habits

A new survey has revealed that more than two in five (44%) parents struggle to fall asleep every night and three in four (72%) are so desperate, they'll try to sneak a nap in during the day. Commissioned by Sealy and conducted by OnePoll, the study found that 68% of parents have had their nighttime routine change drastically over the past two years as their children have gotten older.
