Paris: Cesar Awards honour best in film

It was a night to remember at the Cesar Awards in Paris for Dutch director Paul Verhoeven. British director Ken Loach’s drama “I, Daniel Blake” was named best foreign language film. It won the Palme d’Or last year. George Clooney was also in town, with his pregnant wife Amal. He picked up an Honorary Cesar.
