A guide price of £275,000 has been set for the new-build property, which sits adjacent to 1 Orchard Lane. The home, on a quiet cul-de-sac, is set to go under the hammer at Bond Wolfe’s next auction on Wednesday, December 11.
Planning was approved for the erection of the dormer bungalow in January 2022, but all planning enquiries should be made to Shropshire Council. Once complete, the bungalow will provide a hall, with WC off, a reception room open plan kitchen/dining room/reception room, a utility room and a downstairs bedroom with ensuite shower room and WC.
