Pat Cullen urges Government to negotiate on nurses' pay

Pat Cullen has said that nurses are “desperately trying to save the NHS”. The chief executive and general secretary of the Royal College of Nursing told BBC Breakfast that negotiations have “never been more urgent” She added: “We had optimism about a week ago when the Prime Minister himself seemed to have stepped in and we felt that there was light at the end of the tunnel, but unfortunately that didn’t come to fruition".
