Pedestrians struggle to walk as strong winds from Typhoon Kompasu blast southern China

Pedestrians struggled to move forward in strong winds brought by typhoon Kompasu in southern China. Video captured in the city of Quanzhou in Fujian Province on October 12 shows strong winds blowing a man's cap away when he was struggling to walk forward with a girl in his arms. In another clip, pedestrians were seen struggling to walk against the strong winds. The local meteorological observatory has issued an orange warning signal (the second strongest level) for the typhoon. The speed of the wind on land reached 73.15-82.54mph.
