Oscar winners Penelope Cruz and Javier Bardem are expecting their second child, according to US media reports.
Although there has been no official announcement from the couple, television channel E! quoted a source close to Ms Cruz as saying the Volver actress is around three months pregnant.
The new arrival would be a brother or sister for the couple's first child, Leo, who was born in January 2011 .
Ms Cruz, 38, and Mr Bardem, 43, will star together in Ridley Scott's forthcoming film The Counselor, which is set to be released in November.
Ms Cruz won a best supporting actress Oscar for her role in Woody Allen's 2008 comedy Vicky Cristina Barcelona, while Mr Bardem was named best supporting actor in 2007 for his part in the drama No Country For Old Men.
