Eastern Pennsylvania was hit with record-breaking flooding on September 1 following Hurricane Ida. The flooding caused many creeks and rivers to overflow their banks onto nearby roadways. Many areas were under flash flood warnings as they received 8-to-10 inches of rain. This video shows car driving through the Neshaminy Creek, which had overflowed onto County Line Road in Colmar.
