Three drivers have appeared at Oxford Magistrates' Court last week for exceeding the 70mph limit on the motorway.
Lee Skelding, 38, from Dudley was charged a total of £100 for driving at 82mph on May 26 at Great Milton in the M40.
He was fined £66 and made to pay surcharge of £34. Skelding also received three points on his licence.
Mark Lester, 47, from Northamptonshire, was fined £220 and received three points on his licence for driving at 84mph on the M40 at Great Milton.
The charged included a surcharge of £34 and costs of £90, giving a total to pay of £344.
Constantin-Emilian Dragomir, 25, from Slough was caught speeding at 87mph on the M40 at Great Milton on June 22. He was fined £220 and given three points on his licence.
The total charge of £344 also includes a surcharge of £34 and costs of £90.
