People have just noticed this Nando’s does breakfast and they’re incredibly excited
Unless you’ve recently caught an early-morning flight from London Gatwick, you’ve probably missed some rather big news.
Nando’s is now doing breakfast.
That is, in its one restaurant in the airport’s South Terminal — but nevertheless it’s causing quite the stir on Twitter.
As one user put it: “On the 7th day, God made Nando’s Breakfast”.

Another, not unreasonably, described it as “game-changing.”
The menu, as you may have guessed, doesn’t shy away from chicken at the breakfast table.
The chain promises a “flying start to your day” with flame-grilled chicken sausage, scrambled, fried or poached eggs, portobello mushroom, saucy fiery beans, grilled tomato and crispy corny browns.
Elsewhere are two poached eggs and wilted spinach topped with PERi-hollandaise. Served on a Portuguese Roll — with chicken fillet pieces.
Or there’s spiced maple pancakes if you want something a little different.
Since February, the menu has been served between 4am and 11am at Gatwick South Terminal — but people are only just noticing now.
Sadly, it’s the only Nando’s in the UK that currently has the menu, and there are apparently no plans — at the moment, at least — to roll it out.
