Person 'threatens staff with a knife and demands money from till' at Grimsby shop
A person "threatened staff with a knife" whilst demanding money from a till at a shop in Grimsby this morning.
Police were called shortly after 6.35am, when a person is believed to have entered a shop on Broadway before threatening staff with a knife whilst demanding money from the till.
The person reportedly took till drawers, containing cash and tobacco, before fleeing the scene in the direction of Swiftsure Crescent in Grimsby. Nobody was injured as a result of the incident.

Officers attended the scene and following a short search of the area, recovered what was believed to be a knife and contents of a till on Hamilton Close.
A scene guard remains in place outside the shop. Police are now appealing for information or CCTV or dashcam footage to assist them with their investigation.
Detective Inspector Darren Gray from Humberside Police's Criminal Investigation Department said: “I understand an incident of this nature is likely to cause concern to the local community.
“A scene guard remains place whilst my teams continue carrying out lines of enquiries to identify those involved, including area searches, house to house and reviewing CCTV footage. If anyone has any concerns, please do come and talk to us.
“We would urge anyone who was in the area around the time of the incident or has any information, dashcam or CCTV footage that may assist, to call our non-emergency number 101 quoting log 53 of 20 January."
