Peter Andre hails 'Wonder Woman' Emily MacDonagh days after ex-wife Katie Price lashed out at her over 'dig'

Peter Andre gushed over wife and “amazing mum” Emily MacDonagh a week after his ex-wife Katie Price lashed out at her.

Andre branded his doctor wife of three years “Wonder Woman” as he opened up about how his children he shares with Price, 13-year-old Junior and 11-year-old Princess, have bonded with her.

He told Closer magazine: “Emily is just an incredible person. She's got such an amazing job and still manages to be an amazing mum - she's Wonder Woman.”

Andre, 45, also revealed that the children have dubbed MacDonagh “Mary Poppins” and think she is “so polite”.

The singer, who split from Price in 2009, also has four-year-old daughter Amelia and son Theodore, one, with his second wife.

He added: “We've got a really cool, calm, chilled vibe in our home. Theo's really gentle and kind, just like Millie. Millie and Theo both have the kindness and calmness that Emily has.”

The comments come just days after Price reportedly took a swipe at MacDonagh telling her to “bind her beak” following what she believed to be a “dig” at her .

In a quickly-deleted tweet, Price wrote: “Emily bind your beak.

"Don’t judge me, watch my show at 10pm tonight on @QuestRedtv then see if you digs about me #donthatemecauseyouaintme.”

The tweet is thought to have referred to MacDonagh’s comments to OK! Magazine about not having alcohol in the home she shares with Andre.

MacDonagh said: “Neither of us drinks alcohol; I think drinking can sometimes cause rows.”

Price believed the comment was directed at her although no names were mentioned.
