Yahoo News Peter Andre's doctor wife Emily spends 30 minutes disinfecting herself after shift before seeing her children
Peter Andre has shared the measures his doctor wife Emily must take before she can interact with her children after a shift in order to limit the spread of the coronavirus.
The Mysterious Girl singer shares daughter, Amelia, 6, with his wife of almost five years as well as son Theo, 3. The four of them are living with his older children Junior, 14, and Princess, 12, who also spending time with their mum Katie Price.
Speaking via video link on Loose Women, Andre, 47, told of how he doesn't let his younger children know when their mother is home so they don't come into contact with her before she's disinfected herself.

"I don't tell the kids she's home because if I hear the door and they know that she's home they're going to run up to her," he said.
'I respect her so much'
Peter Andre explains the process his wife, Emily, has to go through when she comes home from work on the frontlines as an NHS doctor.

Andre went on: "She takes off all her clothes she has to put them in the washing machine, wrap a towel around her, get upstairs, have a shower, completely disinfect herself.

"So there is a good 20-30 minute process before she comes downstairs and before any of us can see her. Obviously, I can hear that she's home."
Earlier on in the coronavirus pandemic, Andre said he and 30-year-old Emily were trying to keep their distance from each other in their own home.
The pair wed in 2015 after they began dating in 2012. Andre was married to Price between 2005 to 2009 after finding love on I'm A Celebrity...Get Me Out Of Here!.
Price has recently opened up about her personal struggles, stating that she will need life long therapy after "going off the rails".
It comes after the mother-of-five has bravely opened up about her traumatic experiences including a fifth kidnap threat and being sexually assaulted during a carjacking.
