This Morning's Phillip Schofield has said that working with his co-hosts such as Holly Willoughby and Fern Britton has taught him one stark lesson about the way women are treated.

Phil's comments came during a debate about beauty mogul, Charlotte Tilbury, who was awarded an MBE by the Queen for her contribution to the beauty and cosmetics industry, while wearing a low cut dress.

Vanessa Lloyd Platt argued that Charlotte was dressed inappropriately to be meeting the Queen, while Kathy Lette felt this was simply a case of ageism policing what older women can wear.

"Do women flaunt, or do they just put these clothes on?" began Phil.

"I think Charlotte, she was under the impression that she looked lovely, she does look lovely, as a bloke now, I can't even mention her cleavage otherwise it would be deemed inappropriate.

"As Rochelle says quite rightly, I've done this show for a long time and I have certainly come away with the feeling, and I say this with Fearne, I say this with Holly, there is no one crueler to women than other women.

"So then you have that day taken away from her by other headlines."

Elsewhere on the show, Holly Willoughby shared a message with This Morning from the I'm A Celebrity jungle, where she revealed the first Bushtucker trial might feature crocodiles.

While earlier this week, This Morning viewers were left creeped out by a woman's collection of strange lifelike 'reborn dolls', which she even admitted to taking on a date with her.

This Morning continues weekdays at 10.30am.
