Philippine Coast Guard Flyover Shows Vamco Flooding in Metro Manila

Typhoon Vamco brought some of the worst flooding in years to Manila on November 11-12, with areas around the Philippine capital also badly affected.

This aerial footage, taken by the Philippine Coast Guard, shows the impact of Vamco along the Marikina River in Metro Manila.

Local news reported that the level of the river had risen to over 21 meters.
