Criminal tattoos: Mugshots reveal distinctive inkings on felons

These criminals certainly stand out in a crowd - they all have rather distinctive tattoos. The mugshots show them with bizarre designs or phrases plastered on their foreheads, cheeks and necks. The latest offender is Jeffrey Chapman, who has been charged with first degree murder, and has asked courts to allow a professional tattoo artist to remove a tattoo inked on his neck which reads 'murder' as he feels it might prejudice the jury.
