UK braced for more floods.. and now there are big freeze fears

Temperatures are expected to plummet across the UK as forecasters warn heavy rain could lead to more flooding. Dorset and, Hampshire - southern counties that have already suffered from severe flooding - are expected to suffer more woe as heavy rain falls on saturated ground. The rainfall is so severe in Somerset that parts of the county have been cut off for almost a month, forcing the Army to help deliver relief to some villages.

Snowfall and icy conditions have been forecast for Wales, Northern England and Scotland.
