Rainbow protest

Groups linked to the LGBT movement (Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual and Transgender) protested on 29 September 2017 on Avenida Paulista, central region of Sao Paulo, Brazil, against a decision by a judge of the Federal District that released the reversion therapies, also known as “gay cure.” Last Monday (18), DF Justice began to allow psychologists to treat the LGBT population as patients, releasing the realization of “reversion therapies”. This type of treatment was prohibited since 1999 by a resolution of the Federal Council of Psychology. The organ said it will appeal.
