Piers Morgan loses it with guest on Good Morning Britain: 'You're a d*ck, aren't you?'

Piers Morgan has clashed with a dating guru who claimed British women are less attractive and intelligent than those in Eastern Europe.

The controversial presenter stunned viewers when he branded the self-avowed dating expert Richard La Ruina a “d***” live on air on Good Morning Britain.

Referring to British women, Mr La Ruina said in a clip: “They don’t look very good, they don’t look after themselves. They are famous for moaning and complaining all the time. They just ask a lot and give very little in return.”

Mr La Ruina, who is married to a Russian woman, said Eastern European surpassed British women in every respect.

He said: "I recommend Eastern European women because they are more beautiful, they are more elegant, they are more feminine, they are very intelligent".

Morgan challenged the controversial dating guru's views during the show, saying: “You’re a d*** aren’t you?"

He left a pause before adding: "I mean your name is Richard so you are literally a d***.”

The presenter continued: “Your mother’s English right? So does she also qualify as unattractive, stupid, entitled and the rest of it, or is she an exception?”

Morgan went on to hit out at Mr La Ruina for having “zero respect for English women”.

After challenging him to be honest about the female co-presenters sitting around him, Morgan said: “You are a repulsive individual who's come on here and when you're actually confronted by smart, intelligent beautiful women you can't deal with it, can you?"

He added: “Richard, I think you are right to seek your future in Russia, because the chances of you having sex in this country again are zero.”

Viewers heaped praise on Morgan for lambasting the relationship guru who they branded a “misogynist” for his remarks.

Some chimed in to say that while they do not generally agree with Morgan, who is also editor-at-large of the US Mail Online and famed for his deliberately controversial views, they certainly did on this occasion.

“Don’t often agree with Piers Morgan but this dating guru arsehole is a d***,” said Twitter user, Martin Mckenna.

Mr La Ruina, who is from Cambridge, was unsuccessful with the opposite sex prior to becoming a so-called dating guru and did not kiss with a woman until he was 21.
