Piers Morgan SAVAGES Victoria Beckham on Good Morning Britain: 'Have some dignity!'

Piers Morgan reignited his passion for savaging the Beckhams on Good Morning Britain after he took a swipe at Victoria Beckham’s appearance.

The opinionated TV star, 53, claimed the fashion designer looks better covered up as he discussed her recent photo shoot which sees her trapped inside giant paper bags .

The images were shot by Jeurgen Teller as a nod to the snaps Marc Jacobs shot 10 years ago when she launched her fashion line.

Discussing the shot of Beckham’s legs hanging out of a bag, Susanna Reid said: “Victoria Beckham has got into a bag. I’m not entirely sure why.”

Morgan replied: “Oh god. How do you improve Victoria Beckham’s looks? Put a bag over her head.

“What is she doing, seriously? Is there nothing the Beckhams won’t do? I’m sorry but what are you doing Victoria. You are a mother of four – have some dignity.”

Beckham shared the campaign shots on Instagram, telling fans she stepped back inside the bags to revisit the “beginning of my journey into the fashion industry”.

She wrote: “When Marc Jacobs, featured me coming out of a shopping bag a decade ago it really was just the beginning of my journey into the fashion industry.

“It was funny and ironic and brilliantly captured by Juergen Teller. And it came out just as I was about to present my debut collection. So what better way of illustrating the story of the past ten years than by revisiting the creative but this time with my own branded bag?”

Beckham shot the iconic campaign for NY designer Marc Jacobs in April 2008, six months before she presented her own debut collection at New York Fashion Week.

Good Morning Britain is on ITV, weekdays at 6am
