Piers Morgan was left incensed as YouTube star KSI told him he was “rich as hell” after his fight with fellow vlogger Logan Paul.

KSI and Paul went toe-to-toe in the ring last year after their feud turned physical with a boxing match, attended by thousands in Manchester and streamed live on YouTube.

And, appearing on Wednesday’s Good Morning Britain, Morgan wanted to know how much the video star made from his short stay in the ring – but wasn’t happy it was more than he earns.

“I know you made an absolute fortune and it annoys me that you, a pretend king, can get in a ring with a clown like that and make between 30 and 40 million,” Morgan said.

As KSI attempted to remain coy on his paycheck, he replied: “I made enough. I’ve made a good amount.”

Eventually, KSI added: “I’m extremely rich, is that what you want Piers? I’m rich as hell.”

Mockingly, Morgan blasted: “You’re richer than me and I don’t like it!”

KSI also defended the decision to stream the fight on YouTube for £7.50, pointing out that “normal” matches are paid for.

The fight, which took place last August, was billed the “biggest fight in Internet history” but fans were left disappointed when it ended in a draw.

Since then, KSI has repeatedly told media that he “feels like he won the fight” – something he reiterated during his chat with the ITV breakfast show.

“I'd say he had the first two rounds but the rest I had completely, all over him,” KSI said.

“He was just grabbing hold of me the whole time.”

Good Morning Britain airs weekdays from 6am on ITV.
