Pixar Donates Apples From Steve Jobs' Orchard to Oakland Zoo
Animals at the Oakland Zoo enjoyed snacking on apples donated by Pixar in an annual tradition, video released on Wednesday, November 13, shows.
This footage released by the Oakland Zoo in California shows Disney “volunt-ears” bringing several crates of apples to the zoo. Hogs, a tortoise, and a zebra can be seen munching on the healthy snacks.
Oakland Zoo said that Pixar staffers pick and donate a bunch of apples to the zoo every year. According to the zoo, the apples come from an orchard on Pixar’s campus that was planted by Apple cofounder Steve Jobs. Credit: Oakland Zoo via Storyful
