Plane Spotted Flying Over 'Blood Moon' From Western New York
A total lunar eclipse – also known as a ‘blood moon’ – was spotted over western New York in the early hours of November 8.
Video taken by John Kucko shows a plane take off from Rochester, New York, on Tuesday morning as the reddish moon glowed in the sky.
According to NASA, it was the last total lunar eclipse until 2025. It was visible across North and Central America, Asia, Australia, and New Zealand. Credit: John Kucko via Storyful
