Plymouth funeral notices and tributes to 22 people who have died

A wave of tributes have been left for people from Plymouth or those with links to the city who have died recently. The heartfelt messages appeared in the funeral notices section of PlymouthLive's sister title, The Herald.

The messages, placed between November 16 and November 22, provide comfort to the loved ones of those either lost or being celebrated. There were also two in memoriams.

Laurence GAY

65, of Efford Plymouth Laurence was born to Alan and Doris. He is survived by Kathlyn, Norman and Josephine. He will be sorely missed and fondly remembered. Service to be held at The Park Crematorium on 26th November at 10:30 and burial after at Efford Cemetery. Followed by the wake to be held at The Bluebird. It is with great sadness we announce the passing of Debbie, aged 60, on 14th November 2024 at Derriford Hospital. After a long and incredibly brave battle with cancer, she passed away peacefully in her sleep and is no longer in pain. Beloved daughter of Barbara and Tom and sister to Sarah.
