PM meets Belarusian opposition leader

Prime Minister Boris Johnson has welcomed Belarusian opposition leader Sviatlana Tsikhanouskaya at 10 Downing Street. The visit comes after Belarusian Olympic sprinter Krystsina Tsimanouskaya was granted a humanitarian visa by Poland as she says she feared for her safety at the Tokyo games. Meanwhile, police in Ukraine have launched a murder probe following the death of Belarusian activist Vitaly Shishov who was found hanged in a park in Kyiv.
