PM: We should respect 2014 Scottish decision to stay in UK

Prime Minister Boris Johnson says both the UK and Scottish government should "respect" the vote to remain in the UK "only a few years ago" in 2014. He suggests it would be better if they remain focused on what the people of the UK "wants us to look at" including the "economic position" the country currently finds itself in.
