You know that moment at school when the teacher told you to stop laughing but you couldn't stop and then when you managed to finally contain yourself, you looked at your friend and burst out laughing again? Yeah, that.

Well, viewers of Pointless will know that feeling all too well, after a contestant on Monday's show (May 1) thought "Aphrodisiac" was the Greek goddess of love.

Taking to Twitter, one viewer wrote: "Someone on Pointless just answered 'Aphrodisiac' when asked who the Greek Goddess of Love was. I really fear for this country," while someone else said: "One of the best answers ever tonight. Greek goddess of love. aphrodisiac!!!! Re watched it 5 times. Zander's face."

Another added: "Aphrodisiac was a Greek God. Oh if only saying it made it so. #pointless"
