Stormzy has been announced as an All Points East headliner and will curate a whole day of the festival next year.

The 29-year-old grime star is the first headliner to be announced, with more names expected to be released in the coming months.

Anyone who preordered Stormzy’s new album This Is What I Mean at store.stormzy.com will be able to purchase presale festival tickets starting from 10am today (November 15).

Members of American Express credit cards will also have early access through the Amex presale.

In an announcement video, Stormzy said: “This is my only UK show next year. We’re taking over Victoria Park for a special day full of incredible artists and music and vibes. For priority access to tickets, pre-order my album on http://store.stormzy.com - be quick!”

All Points East dates

Stormzy will headline and curate a day on August 18, 2023.

In 2022, the festival took place over two weekends in August, including the August bank holiday.

Next year’s bank holiday weekend falls on August 26 and 27, with the bank holiday Monday on August 28.

All Points East lineup

So far, Stormzy is the only confirmed artist. Past headliners have included The Strokes, Jamie XX, Christine and the Queens, and Nick Cave and the Bad Seeds.

Last year, headliners were announced in late November, so we can expect to hear more soon.
