"They have looked for valuables and cash but there isn't any valuables and cash." He said some bottles have been stolen. "They have broken into the bar. It's just somebody local who has tried to get some liquid cash.
"The police responded very quickly and were very supportive." Scenes of crimes officers have been on site looking for clues.
Mr Strain added: "It's very much a community sports club." There are two adult teams, 200 juniors in the mini rugby, touch rugby, youth teams and hockey teams among others.
"It's a resource for hundreds of adults and young people in the community. It's such a disappointment that people seem to pick on the club and cause damage."
He said the club is on the beautiful Llyn peninsula and it's a big commitment for volunteers and players and their families to go to matches with some away groundsup to an hour's drive away.
Mr Strain urged anyone with information to come forward. Anyone wishing to help with donations or repairs is also urged to contact the club.
