Police appeal: the cyclist who headbutted a pedestrian

On the 22nd August 2019 around 1:45pm, a cyclist jumped the red light on Farringdon Street, London and almost hit a pedestrian. The cyclist, in a fit of rage headbutted the pedestrian. The victim needed stitches for the wound above his eye and has ligament damage to his arm where he fell. The police are currently on the hunt for the culprit.
