Police Appeal Over Missing Essex Teenagers

Police are searching for two missing teenage girls who met with an older man and have not been seen since.

Sammy Clarke, 14, and Siobhan Clarke, 15, who are from the Maldon area and are not related, left school early on Friday, 1 May.

They are known to have gone to an address in Shoeburyness to meet a friend, 20-year-old Kieran Hartley-Anderson.

The three are then believed to have left together to go to a park in the ‪Shoeburyness‬ or ‪Southend‬ areas but have not been seen since Friday evening.

Extensive searches have been carried out in Southend and enquiries have been made among relatives and friends.

So far, no one has heard from them.

Chief Inspector Jonathan Baldwin said: "We are extremely concerned for the welfare of Sammy, Siobhan and Kieran as none of them has been seen for nearly two days or have been in touch with relatives or friends.

"We would like to hear from anyone who has been in touch with the girls either by social media or by text or telephone calls."

Anyone with information is asked to contact Essex Police or Crimestoppers anonymously on 0800 555 111.
