Police appeal after victim left with facial injuries in vicious Northfield assault

Police have issued a CCTV image of a man they would like to speak to after a vicious assault in Northfield. The reported attack happened in Oddingley Road, outside West Heath Park, at around 3.15pm on May 11.

The victim suffered facial injuries. Investigators issued a CCTV image of a man they would like to locate following the alleged attack.

The man in the image which has been circulated has short brown hair and was wearing a green jacket and black t-shirt. A West Midlands Police spokesperson said: "Do you know who this is?

"We would like to speak with him following an assault outside West Heath Park in Oddingley Road, Northfield, Birmingham. The assault happened around 3.15pm on 11 May, where the victim suffered facial injuries.
