Police Arrest Protesters Blocking JP Morgan Chase HQ in Manhattan

New York police arrested at least a dozen protesters outside the JP Morgan Chase headquarters in Manhattan, where they attempted to block the building entrance as part of a May 1 Take on Corporate Backers of Hate March.

The march was slated to target at least nine locations in the city, including corporate entities for financing Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) detention centers and private prisons across the country. For the early evening, protesters had planned to converge on Foley Square for a May Day Rally & Celebration. Credit: Instagram/chrissy.rose082 via Storyful
