The electric car Holman drove is built for children aged between the ages of one and seven-years-old.

Police officers say she was under the influence of a narcotic or drug, according to WHNS.

Footage posted on Facebook by Travis Watkins shows Holman being reprimanded by police, while the electric truck is parked on the side of the road.
