Police say 'call 999' if you see wanted man after woman assaulted in Nuneaton

Warwickshire Police have urged the public to call 999 immediately if they see a man wanted on suspicion of assault. Reece Stafford is wanted by the force after a woman was assaulted in Bedworth, Nuneaton, over the weekend.

The force added that anyone with information about the 31-year-old's whereabouts should contact 101. Police appealing for information released an image of Stafford this afternoon.

Stafford, who has short brown hair, was pictured wearing a pink t-shirt. A force spokesperson said: "Members of the public are being urged to contact police if they see a wanted man.

"Reece Stafford, 31, is wanted in connection with an assault of a woman in Bedworth over the weekend. Any immediate sightings of Stafford can be reported on 999.

"Other information that could help find him can be provided by going to tell us something you've seen or heard or calling 101. Alternatively, information can be provided anonymously to the independent charity Crimestoppers on 0800 555 111."
