Police say 'call 999 straight away' if you see Nuneaton man wanted over assault

Warwickshire detectives searching for a man wanted in connection with an alleged assault and criminal damage have urged the public to call 999 "straight away" if they see him. Carlton Gray is wanted over an incident which reportedly happened on Saturday, September 28.

The 27-year-old has links to Nuneaton, Warwickshire Police said. Police launched a public appeal this afternoon asking for information on Gray's whereabouts.

Warwickshire Police shared an image of Gray. He was pictured with a blonde beard and short hair.

A force spokesperson said: "Officers are looking for 27-year-old Carlton Gray, who is wanted in connection with an incident of assault and criminal damage which happened on September 28. Gray has links with the Nuneaton area and officers are asking anyone who sees him to call 999 straight away."

Anyone with information about Gray should contact police by calling 101, quoting crime reference number 23/41452/24. Information can also be given anonymously by calling Crimestoppers on 0800 555 111.
