A volunteer-run migrant camp near Rome’s Tiburtina train station was cleared by police on Tuesday, November 13.

The ANSA news agency reported that the Baobab Experience camp had provided food and shelter for 200 migrants. The camp’s coordinator, Andrea Costa, told ANSA it was the 22nd such eviction over the last three years.

Il Messaggero said police used buses to transport 136 migrants from the location to an immigration office.
