Police close Colchester road after two-vehicle crash
Police have closed down a road this afternoon following a crash. Emergency services were called to the scene of a two-vehicle crash in Colchester at the junction of Maldon Road and Roudbush Road at around 1.20pm on Thursday (September 26).
An Essex Police spokesperson said: "Our officers are working with colleagues in the fire and ambulance service after we received reports of a collision involving two vehicles at about 1.20pm.

"We have closed the road while we work at the scene and expect it to remain closed for several hours – check before you travel and plan accordingly.
