Police cordon at Longton Tesco as PCSOs stand guard

Police have cordoned off part of the car park at a Tesco store. Four PCSOs are standing guard inside the cordon outside Longton Tesco.

It comes after police, paramedics, and an air ambulance were called to the Baths Road supermarket at lunchtime today. Eye-witnesses are reporting that a shopper has been in collision with a van on the car park.

One StokeonTrentLive reader said: "The police collision investigation unit is here. There is a security van inside the cordon."
