Police Fire Rounds as Businesses Looted During South Africa Unrest

Police officers descended on an industrial area of Durban, South Africa, on July 14, as looting continued in the wake of protests triggered by the jailing of former President Jacob Zuma.

This footage, by Mluleki Mdletshe, shows police officers firing as they approach the Queen Nandi Drive area in Durban North. Police have been using rubber bullets to try to dispel looters, according to reports.

A second clip shows a damaged truck and the ground littered with trash.
