Police are appealing for witnesses after a car parked outside a Staffordshire supermarket was damaged. The door handle was targeted during the early morning incident at Stafford's Asda branch in November last year.

Today and Staffordshire Police have issued a CCTV image of an individual officers want to speak to in connection with the incident. Investigating officers say a man had approached a red Ford Fiesta parked at the store off Queensway at around 2am on November 1.

The front passenger-side door handle was then found to have been damaged. The force is keen to speak to the man in the CCTV image released today.
